Authors are expected to submit a one-page abstract by March 6, 2020.

Please submit abstracts either in Word (.doc or.docx) file format for on-site conversion or in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) file format. As an author, you are fully responsible for the quality and appearance of your contribution. Tables and figures are also accepted in this short abstract.

Please use this Word template to create your abstract, which should be no more than 1 page long.

Additional instructions are provided in the template regarding paper size, headers, footers, and copyright statements.

Save the abstract as “SURNAME_abstract.pdf (or .doc, or .docx)” where the surname corresponds to the presenting author.

Abstracts must be submitted via the conference website, link for paper submission is here. Please note that if you used this submission system previously, you can use the same login and password. Otherwise, you must first register as a new author before you can enter any login details.

During the submission process you will be asked if an Oral or Poster presentation is preferred. Due to limited space the final selection of oral presentations will be made by the ISFS2020 Scientific Advisory Committee.

Acceptance of an abstract for Oral presentation will be notified end-March.
